I know we are trying for a happy board today...but...

I have to vent..Im so sorry, I think I have been doing this a lot lately!

Seems like since my post about everything going wrong last week, its getting worse and Im scared.

I seriously dont want to get married anymore..wait, scratch that, I dont want the wedding, I have no motivation...I cant get myself to go to work, I have had huge headaches and then this morning a PANIC attack...I cant even get myself to call the Dr which I know I should..

I cannot get myself out of this rut! I hate my job, we have no money at all, no food etc and ya think we'd be broke but have money saved..NOPE!

I cant even get up in the morning....

Thank god I have the best FH who is being so sweet but WHAT IS WRONG with me??

is there a way that your parents or DH's parents can help financially? maybe they can loan you the money?

no...right now theres no one who can help...I was going to just do a whole lot of over time at work..but I cannot GET myself to work...I just wish I could find that spark to kick me in the a$$ so to speak and get moving. I have been so sick and that makes it worse, now panic attacks? When will it stop...( play violins here...I know Im a drama queen sometimes )

Don't worry, from what I hear from friends and family that have gotten married we the brides have most of the stress on my shoulders, at least that's how I feel. I think it will get much easier once we have all the major vendors booked. I have been breaking out in welts allover my body for the past month and have no idea what it is. People say your nerves get the best of you. I took the week off from planning last week and it helped me out a little, except that this whole weekend I had and still have huge hives that itch like crazy allover. Just call me Woogie (There's Something About Mary).

It will get easier take a week or two off from planning and just relax

Is there anything you can cut back on? Like someone mentioned already, this will pass. This whole wedding planning can get REALLY overwhelming. Hang in there. You don't have too much time of planning left.

Ive had my share of panic attacks so AGAIN I understand you!!!

Best thing for me to do to put things in perspective is to write down everything that is stressing me out. I make lists, break them down into categories and see what I can tackle and when.

Sounds anal but it works for me!

Listen, if you are really in a place where you are depressed enough to not be able to get up in the morning, you need help. THere are places that will not charge you to do it but you need to find someone to talk to. Are you eating?

I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this. The severity of what you describe sounds like a clinical depression--which is a medical issue! You should REALLY consult your doctor or a psychologist or psychiatrist who will help you out and get you feeling like yourself again. I know that it's hard to motivate to do anything, but if nothing else, call the doc!!!

I am sending your way and I hope you feel better! My suggestion would be to take time off from the planning because it does get very overwhelming at times. I was feeling very weak in June and going to the doctor helped. Dont feel bad about venting! That is what we are here for!

Thanks deb..I do thank god for FH, and I am feeling a little bit better..physically I still have a migraine and am getting OFF the computer, but I did some food shopping today to try and get back on the healthy kick that always helps...and I may take tommorow off( how much MORe trouble could I possibly get in at this point) and clean the house..I think starting anew so to speak might help. Am going to call the Dr tommorow as well. I already take med's for panic and I hadnt had a feeling like this morning in over a year..it depresses you, but maybe she ( the dr) can advise me what to do since with the holidays coming up and then teh wedding I may need something more..THANKS to all..
