STD Wording

I am trying to send out my std's and I am going to add in a piece of paper with the hotels on it and the phone numbers. Does anyone have a good way to word all of this-thanks!!!

Oh shoot, I didnt save it to my computer, but I have it on disk. I'll try to remember.

Accomodations have been made at the following hotels. Special rates have been provided, but reservations must be made by Jan 1, 2010. Please be sure to mention the hotel blcok number when reserving. If we can be of any assistance to you, please feel free to ask.

Thanks so much. I appreciate it. Thats what I was trying to say but couldnt think of the right words. I guess I have to call the place and see when the deadline is to book the rooms. Thanks again

The cutoff is usually 1 month before the check in date. Then they release the rooms to the general public.

I just wrote something like this

We just wanted to include a little information about the new
Inn at East Wind for some guests who would be interested in staying the night at the Inn.

Rooms Rates are $206 for the Saturday night of the wedding; this rate includes a 10% discount for all guests affiliated with our wedding. If you decide to book the rooms just mention that you are with the (last names) wedding and they will automatically discount the rate. You will be allowed to check in to your rooms before the wedding on a first come first serve basis, since normal check in is at 4:00pm.

The Inn also has various other packages available if you would like to make a Weekend out of it. They also have a recently completed day spa, cocktail lounge, and restaurant.
