my bm is due on my wedding day

i just found out that she was pregnant last night

today i found out that due date is my wedding day --- of course i am soooo happy for her and her husband ---

but now i dont know what i am supposed to do - the bridesmaid dress is already ordered at burtons (a size larger cause she was going to start trying over the holidays)

she says that she wants to still be involved and everything, what do i do?

help ------- i need to call burtons immediately but have no idea what to say

Oh lord....I just posted a similar situation.
Just call the salon and see what they say.....

It might be better to not have her as a bridesmaid. She could very easily have the baby before your wedding or be going through labor pains the day of? You don't want her to spend all that money on a dress and shoes, and then possibly not even use them?

You can still involve her in the wedding though!

did she say she still wants to be a BM or just involved? If she's opting out of being a BM on her own, that might be the best bet. If she hasn't had the baby by your wedding, she's not going to be in any condition to be standing around taking pictures etc. etc. If she has already had the baby, she's going to have her hands full.

My MOH is due the week of my wedding- 6 days before. You two need to talk and figure out how to best handle the situation-- call the place where you got your BM dresses asap though.

Dont worry about the dress, most places have dealt with preggo BMs before. Unless you're paying for her gown, have your BM call because she'll have to order extra fabric, which will probably be at least $50 if not more, to make the dress fit.

I would cancel the dress from Burtons and look into Davids Bridal. They have a maternity line that comes in pretty quickly.

Or why not have her participate in the wedding in a different way to take the stress of the dress away.

How about if she does a reading or a special reading like a poem that represents you and your FH?
