Anyone see today's article in Daily News about affordable housing in Oyster Bay

It's not set in stone yet, but they are looking to build townhouses starting at the 250K mark. No mention where the taxes will be at.

Seems like too little too late to me.

I saw this and it looks like the maximum income is pretty low. I forget what it was but I remember thinking I myself make too much money, not including FH's salary.
