I feel fat.

I can't stand this anymore...I hate this cycle of overeat/deprive/overeat/deprive. Well, right now it seems it's all Overeat...no Deprive.

just had to vent.

I was the SAME exact way.....except my cycle goes.... get upset/eat/feel guilty/feel more upset/eat more/feel even guiltier.....
I finally got so sick of it that I started weight watchers. I'm so happy I did. I still overeat sometimes, but not nearly as often and I feel so much happier. Hang in there, honey. It's a common problem and can be the hardest thing to get past!
