Crystal Bo-K question (w/pic)

Ok, so I am considering doing these as my bo-k's.... but one thing i just thought of:

do you think that the crystal may affect the photographs?? I'll probably try to call my photographer, but i dont want to take the chance of the glare from it ruining any otherwise beautiful pictures.


i LOVE these, but what do you think???

Neenie,
Maybe post on the newlywed board and ask if anyone used a bo-k like this one and how it came out in the pics. I'm interested in something like this also, just combined with flowers.

definately!!! i think its so gorgeous... but dont want to risk messing up the pics. i will try to get in touch with my photographer before i get my heart TOO set on them

ETA: these are for the BM bo-k's.. i'm going to get regualr flowers with mine (i dont think the crystal would show up as much against the white dress, and i want a brilliant contrast!!!!)

I think it also matters if the wedding is daytime or night -- at night with lights +/- candles, it would really sparkle -- maybe less so in the day?

They are gorgeous Neenie! Are they aurora borealis crystals? My Mom wears those all the time and they sparkle like crazy and are soo pretty. I think they would look great in pictures.

the ones in the pic are Swarovski (SP?) but i may not get those... But i saw the AB and i Love them... and they're a TAD more affordable


OK, i've grown attached to them, Mom loves them, and i think they'lll look so beautiful w/ the red dresses (BTW.. they also have the boutenierres which i think i'm going to get)...
i think my mind is made up
Deb- good point!!!! since the wedding is during the day, i think that it will be fine

very thin wires twisted together. you can get it in either silver or gold,,, and they have different colored crystals as well

Cool no problem. I have to take pictures of my toasting flutes too so this will motivate me :) I will do it in the daytime so you can see it in the light. I will take a picture with and without the flash. I checked out the austrian-crystal.net site and those are pricey. How many BM's do you have? I showed me Mom and she loved them! She loves crystals.
