I don't know if this is upbeat enough, but how about I've Got You Babe- by Sonny and Cher. We used it for our cake cutting.

I need to choose 10 songs for my video....all of them seem very slow and romantic...that was the mood I was going for, but I wonder if I should try to incorporate one upbeat song..?

Please forgive my cheesey factor but do you remember the really bad 80's sitcom, 'My Two Dad's, we'll the them song is a great song about friends. I'd try to sing it but... that obviously wouldn't work. I think the name is 'You're a friend of mine' or there'e a line in it that is 'you can count on me'

Like I said... excuse my cheesiness!

Don't laugh, but after our ceramony was over, we walked down the stairs to 'C'mon Get Happy' by the Partridge Family....people said it was great, it was short and sweet and spunky and people said they couldn't get it out of their head for days!
