Bri Bri - I need you to do a thorough review!!!!

Can you please please please pay attention to:

Cocktail Hour:
Passed Horderves - is there a lot of variety?


RECEPTION:
Do the waiters speak English?
Are they helpful?
Do they clean up empty glasses/plates quickly?
Do they ask you if you want another drink?


And anything else you can think of ... any advice is really really appreciated! I am T-minus 63 days and I'm starting to freak out a little. I heard there was some problems at a recent wedding with the service!
