Duet - Need feedback on video

I went and met with Duet on Friday night and was totally impressed with their photography and prices. I wasn't 100% sold on their video. They just showed us clips of several kinds, but never a finished version. Does anyone have an opinion on their video? How involved can you be in the editing? If you got chapters, what three did you choose?

Most places I've seen have at least 4-5 chapters, I can't imagine only three. Think they could do these chapters? I'm looking at their promotional package for $4500.

- photo montage
- hightlight
- ceremony
- reception
- first meeting

I am using them for photography but not for video - I wasn't too impressed, but lots of people have used them and loved them. I am using John Morelli for video.

He has lots of extras like a When Harry Met Sally sequence, The Cast where introduces the bridal party with movie credits, etc...

i must admit, before we signed up with them, fh wasn't totally sold on their video either, he had an issue with too many white shots...we spoke with eric, explained his issues and he actually ended up showing us another video...after that second showing, we booked them for both...you really should ask them for what you want to see, they are very accomodating...but if you truly aren't impressed you have to go with who you are comfortable with

I loved their sample videos. When my FH and I went to interview them I started crying when they showed that one that had 'In your eyes' playing LOL. I felt like such a loser. Then we took our Moms with us when we booked it and I cried again when I saw it.
