NWR well kinda I need help

My friend got a camera phone today and we took a pic of her in a wedding dress and now she is exchanging the phone for a different oone...how do we get the pic on to the computer ??

You can email the picture to yourself.

When you click on the picture, click options and it should ask you where to send it.
