HATE:::::LOVE My SHOES!!!!!!!!

Boy was I angry there today!!!!!!!

I bought a piar of RED heels there a month ago. had the receipt and everything. When I bought them there computers were down and I waited paitently for 20 minutes to be rung up. when I was buying them I told the manager there that I needed them for a brides maid dress and wasn't sure they would match. Not to mention they had a glue stain on them but i took them anyway..fearful I wouldn't find something else. The guy told me it was no problem.

Well my fitting was cancelled by the shop not me and I rescheduled it for today...went with the shoes and they don't match (had to borrow my girlfriend's shoes so that I wouldn't have to travel back to Elmont)...so on my way home I stop at LMS (Love my shoes)

THE b+tch wouldn't exchange them!!!!!!! I had a huge arguement with this girl she was the assistant manager and said she couldn't do antyhing!!! She said after one month the shoes are out of the system...A-huh...

Anyway I was yelling and very annoyed!!! ALL I wanted was an exchange for a different shoe that matched!!!!! She said to come back tomorrow...when the manager was there...


Uh--hello some of us work? what the hell happened to customer service? What happened to help the customer at any cost? Why do I have to go ALL the way back there?
DH is goign with me tomorrow to be continued.....

I will never shop there again!!! She said they have a 7 day exchange policy!!!! That's ridiculous!!!!

i used to manage Steve Madden... shoe stores have VERY strict return policys.... but since the guy said it was fine, you should try to go back to him if you can. if hes the GM he should DEF be there on a monday.

but what does the reciect say as far as their return policy???? or is it not printed on it... like theres a sign in the store or something? she shouldve been able to do whatever the store manager is going to do... dont know why she would tell you to come back... maybe since you were yelling at her and didnt want to haev to deal with you!
