Hyatt at Maui and Kauai..

If you stayed, or will stay at the Hyatts in either or both islands, what category room did you book?

Re: Hyatt at Maui and Kauai..

I will be staying at both. We decided to stay in the partial oceanviw room with a 'priority to upgrade'. I don't exactly know if that is official terminology but my aunt is our travel agent and that is what she told me she did. We heard that you spend so little time in the room that we figured oceanfront wasn't worth it.

Re: Hyatt at Maui and Kauai..

I am in the process of speaking with travel agents for Hawaii as well. I priced both Hyatts and Marriotts, and found the Hyatt packages to be hundreds more than the Mariotts. Ive heard that the Hyatt in Maui is magnificent, but it was $700 more than the Mariott package, similar room views.
