NWR---Board problem... help??

I dont seem to be getting notifications in my email from topics that I subscribe to. I was getting them at first and now they just stopped. I went and tried subscribing to a few different ones just to see and I am not gettng anything. Anyone know how I can fix this?? I checked my profile to make sure my email was correct and stuff???
