NWR-Day Spa

Can anyone recommend a good day spa in Western Suffol/Eastern Nassau where I can get some gift certificates for Xmas?

I agree with you, the best spas are in the city, but the gifts are for Long Islanders and want to make it easy for them to get a facial, massage, etc. Just looking for a nice, clean place, where the people are friendly.

Where is Maximus?

it's really a hair salon but the maximus in garden city has a nice spa attached. they have all kinds of gift packages. Not sure if the one in Merrick has a spa . . .

Sorry if it's too far west for you - it was the only one i could think of. they do have a website if you wanna check it out.

I've been to the spa at Nordstrom in the Roosevelt Field Mall, and IMO they are definitely comparable to any spa in the city.

Nothing beats the Nordstrom Spa IMO!

elizabeth arden red door salon at bloomingdales (?)/or Saks (?) at the Walt Whitman Mall on rt 110-really reasonable prices.....
