Jack & Rose/Bridal Couture of Manhasset

If you used either of these vendors for your wedding, please share your experiences. I am getting a little nervous about my dealings with both, which started off great but have taken some turns. As to J&R, I am interested in the volume of flowers that you received in your bo-k and centerpieces and whether what you received on your wedding was what you expected (given contract and samples). As to Bridal Couture, please share your experiences with seamtresses for alterations. I ordered a Eugenia dress because I loved the designer and the dress but have grown to DESPISE the owner and feel that my salesperson is a bit of a liar. HELP! TIA!

My review of Jack and Rose is on the Review Board - you'll have to do a search for it at this point because it is not a recent review. There are a lot of pictures of my bouquet. I was very happy with the volume of flowers in my bouquet - everyone was saying they had never seen one so big. I was also happy how my centerpieces turned out. BUT - there were a lot of other BS issues that I had with J&R - as well as other brides have had similar issues and concerns - it is mentioned in my review. I also suggest you do a search on the review board for other brides who have used them - you will get very varied reviews. Good Luck.

I used J&R for my wedding. Overall they did an ok job. My BK was what I wanted. I did have an issue with my BM's BKs which they gave me a stupid answer on the day and the cp's I had where not the size that I thought they where going to be. There are a few other things that rubbed me the wrong way - if you want more info you can FM me.

I loved Jack & Rose. There are mixed reviews, But in my opinion he is a great vendor. He gave me a great I mean great price on my flowers. They were all beautiful.. Just in my opinion he is one of my favorite vendors. He even sent me a gift on the day of my wedding.

I used both of those vendors and was thrilled with the service and product I recieved from both!
My flowers were beautiful and I recieve compliments everytime someone looks at my pictures!
My dress was amazing...and the seamstress I worked with was very sweet and did a beautiful job.

I was very pleased with the services of both!
But everyone has a different experience, so you have to keep that in mind also!
