Forget the Crock Pot.... check out what I GOT for xmas !!!

A deluxe foodsaver and a next-generation George Formeman grill.

The food saver is the appliance that allows you to vacuum seal your food and store in the freezer. I got a deluxe version that has built in roll storage and a roll cutter.

Oh... and the Next Generation Foreman is the one with the detachable grills!

Now when I am done grilling... the grills come off and go right into the dishwasher.

My FW thinks I am laughable since I actually asked for these items and she feels what man would want kitchen appliances for xmas?

But I really wanted this stuff. Besides... if I don't cook in the household... we simply don't eat.

The foodsaver is one of the best inventions ever, we have it and LOVE it!!!!

I got one from my parents too!! I also asked for it and my family thinks I am such a dork for always wanting kitchen stuff!! Can't wait to use it!!

Everyman should have a good grill, be it indoors or outdoors (although ideally it should be both). A man and his grill ..... yes.. that's what makes things right in the world.

You are not alone. Jim has gadgets galore for cooking, but we both love to cook so I think it's great!
