go to a movie
go sightseeing
take a daytrip to Ct. or Mass. or Eastern Long Island
read a book
make a fabulous meal
visit friends you haven't seen

The Cross Sound Ferry has a seajet package that goes to mohegan and foxwoods every day...mayve do a day trip to there...

How about visiting the Castle in Tarrytown, for lunch or just a drink?

Spend the day in the city. Go to Rockefeller Center, see the tree and go ice skating. Check out all the Christmas windows. Wait on the Tickets line and see a show. Go to a museum. The possibilities are endless.
Which is exactly why we're spending the whole weekend in the city for my b-day next week!

If you feel like going for a drive, the Christmas lights are still at the Bronx Zoo ( i think) & the Bronx Botanical Gardens has its indoor train display ( with NY buildings made out of bark--actauly kinda cool) up till the 9th.
there is also a dispaly of hundreds of different Creche's somehwere in Garrison up untill the 9th.

And in Manhattan there is that Alexander Hamilton exhibit untill February. . .I forget what museum. NY Historical Society maybe?
