Queens GTG February ??th

Would anyone like to do a Queens GTG at Boulder Creek in College Point in late January?

Long Island/Westchester brides/grooms welcome if they would like to join.

A queens GTG sounds great to me - I'm up for it as long as I'm free. January is pretty busy right now.

I'm definitely interested, but I'm waiting to hear back from my sister about tentative plans for that weekend, so I will let you know when I find out.

you might get more responses is you bump it back to feb....the wedding of the year is only 2 weeks before and alot of us are going to that and counting it as a gtg

I do like it in Queens. It is great here and I have a good number of friends here. Its a nice place to live. It's tough to see my LI friends sometimes. So I guess if I am willing to go to Suffolk Co., maybe you can do the trek to Queens once.

How is your new house coming?

depending exactly when you guys do it, I would like to attend I would have to make arrangements for my kids since i can not go to the wedding of the year. I have nobody to watch the boys since Ii take them to karate on Staurdays and that is when the woty is. Unless they need ringbearers.

I am going to start to look at dates soon. I am considering February 5th or 6th or 12th or 13th. Any other suggestions. This would be either a daytime lunch or a dinner. What would you prefer? And would it be just the girls or couples/both.

Saturdays it would be evenings for me easier to get a babysitter and try to be a couple. If not sundays during the day and it probably would be just me.


Just a side note. Everytime they had the GTG I couldnt go cause of work and kids and husband but now they are a little older so hopefully if all goes well I can go

I'd be interested, although a Friday night would work best or a Sat. lunch. I don't know if BF would actually come, but this is in my neck of the woods.

Likely either Friday or Saturday night for dinner
or Saturday for lunch

At the moment, any of those days/times are fine with me. If it's couples, nights are better. However, Brad will be fine with me not dragging him to another one of these things!
