omg girls...We found a house we both love...UPDATE 1/11

Fh and I are putting a bid on a house tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so excited...but nervous...I feel sick to my stomach!

Updated: THEY ACCEPTED OUR BID!!!!!! Tomorrow we speak to a bunch of people and then i dont know what we do ....Im so excited. I am ready for a long process!!!


Update 1/9
We spoke to the morgage guy and everything is looking great!!! The inspector and the apriasor go on Tueday morning...and We hope to be in contract this week!!!! YAY
Keep your fingers crossed!!!
I cant belive it!

Update1/11

The inspector said the house passed with flying colors!!!! Hopefully we will sign the contract this week!!!

Old Medford..Suffolk County.

Im a Nassau Girl...My familly is in Nassau and queens. Im having a hard time with living 30 min away...But it is what we can afford. BUT I must say....I love the area...love the house. So I think this is a good move.

best of luck! I know how stressing it can be..Remember, if they do not accept the bid, the house is not meant to be! We got into a bidding war this summer on a house & we just realized it was not meant to be
