LOW CARB CROCK POT RECIPES

Danielle and I are doing low carb, and I really want to use my crockpot again. Does anyone know of any low carb recipes I could make?
Thanks,
Scott

Re: LOW CARB CROCK POT RECIPES

I am not sure how low-carb this book is - but my friend gave me a cookbook named 'Fix It & Forget-It Lightly' - it is for Healthy, Low-fat Recipes for your Slow Cooker.
It has sooooo many recipes - each page has 4 recipes to a page. I just got it for X-mas, so I haven't been able to make anything for it - but so many things look yummy.

Re: LOW CARB CROCK POT RECIPES

I don't measure anything and do everything by taste...

Ham and Cheese Chicken...you can either brown the chicken first or just put it in there raw...get thin chicken cutlests..layer with cheese and ham..roll them and stick toothpicks...and place them in there...salt and pepper to taste..the cheese will melt out and make a cheesy sauce ..

lemon chicken
again either brown or put them in there raw,
cut up some lemon slices, I put a lot of lemon juice (fresh and the squeezey kind) and white wine...you can also 'bread' the cutlets with parm. cheese

simple

Re: LOW CARB CROCK POT RECIPES

I always cook on high..I would say for at least 4 hours...I am not really sure...I am always home when I do it....It will also be quicker if you brown them first
