anybody know where i can get the weight watchers point system without actuALLY joining WW
I dont really need to lose much so I would like to just follow the point system. Is there a way to get it without joining?

I don't belong to WW. I just went that first day stayed for one meeting and bought the 2 books.I never went back to WW again.
Maybe you don't even need to pay for the first visit and just go in and buy the book?

I think someonone had mentioned in a different post that there is free registration right now. So if you went to the WW meeting and 'acted' like you were joining - you would just be paying for one meeting and they would give you the points finder, the basic book, and other stuff. They also sell the more in-depth points books so you oculd just buy it and never go back.Kritsi - there is a meeting at Temple Israel on Riverside Blvd on Tues night at 5:45 (I think)

I bought my books on Ebay. Also, you can get a lot of information from www.dwlz.com.

Also, there is a restaurant guide online (not through WW). Its called Dotties Weightloss Zone..I has all the restaurants and fast food...Chillis, Applebees etcI don;t think she has the points for everyday foods but this is a big help and there is alot on the site too.

Years ago there was a 'weight watchers at home' program where they would send the materials to your house; you just pay the materials fee.I dont know if they still offer this program.

If you would have asked me last year I would have given you mine. I gave it to a friend of mine last year just because I never found myself using it. I never joined weight watchers- but I got the books and everything from ebay for an awesome deal.

My mom wanted to do the same thing..so she gave her friend the money (her friend belonged to weight watchers) and she bought the new books. So if you know someone who is a member im sure they would do the same for you!

How can I get another points calculator? I used to be a member of WW, but I stopped and now I just follow the system, but I need another points calculator (the slide one).
