Is my guest list big enough?

Ok girls I need some math help here! I have to meet my min. of 200 so last night we revistited the dreaded guest list...

I'm insane about organizing things and I actually put people into different categories.

So far I have 207 people listed as 'will most likely come', 21 people listed as 'will probably come - guest is ?', and then I have about 41 people who are just '???'. Bear in mind I put FI reatives (even close ones) as '???' because they have to travel from Wisconsin and the cost of NY to them is insane. I also put his coworkers in here b/c they are all civil service and don't know if they can get the day off.

So...in a nutshell I have 269 people not including thepeople who might bering a guest & the 'only if he!! froze over' group.

Is this enough?

I think that's enough. And if you're 1 or 2 shy, you can just pay full price for your vendor meals to meet the minimum instead of totally throwing away the money.

our min. is 100 people. we want to stay near that. we're inviting between 125-130. we know of about 15 people off the bat that won't be attending. so i think you're ok

They say 20% on average will not come. So if you have 269 that means roughly 54 people won't come. Which means 215 should show. That puts you above your guarantee!! Looks like you're in good shape to me.

i think that is plenty. i am having a minum of 100 people and i invited 130. so i think you are perfect :)

I have 189 and my min is 150

Sounds good. I have too many and my min is 170.
