i need to call the dr:( TMI sorry (c question again)

girls, u all know i had the colposcopy on monday..and i soo appreciate every1s advice, ur all amazing..now i hate to keep posting such private q's but i need to know..how long was the bleedding and cramping..tomorrow is 5 days since i had the test and honestly the bleeding and cramping is getting worse not better..i did think the bleeding would stop by now and im gettingkind of worried..i will b calling the dr. in the morning to ask but did this happen to any1 else?

Michelle, I would definitely call the dr., maybe it is normal, but I'd definitely check in with him.

i cant help you with that, but i hope that youre ok. i'm sure it'll be fine. try not to worry tooo muhc, itll make things worse. definatly call the dr though.

I don't remember any bleeding from the colposcopy (maybe a little spotting that day).

The cyrotherapy was a whole different story

I'm sure everyone reacts differently. But call your doctor to be sure.

Mine lasted about the same as a period- but the cramping was more painful than a normal period. Call the MD just in case - I have a nice MD - he called every 2 days for about a week after the test, just to see how things were 'down there'.

i was thinking the same thing about Af but that is not due till the 29th..and i have not had sex in ages (tmi sorry) so its not godforbid a miscarriage or anything....

I had my colposcopy over 10 years ago so I dont exactly remember, but I do vageuly recall that it was more 'period like' for me also and lasted a good 6 days. Cramping was pretty bad too

I would try not to worry too much hun, but better to be safe than sorry. ANytime something is causing you concern, its better to call a doc

I've had other surgery down there and I remember heavy bleeding and cramping. Either way, I called the doc cause I was freakin out!

hey sweety! i posted my update on NWR, spoke to the dr..and said the bleeding is normal but to call back monday if it is still happening to make sure there is not a cut..plus he received my test results and i m fine!!! :) no cancer cells, no hpv, no nothing:) just gotta go back for another pap in 6 monthes as precautions:) thank u for asking!!!
