OK, so I got what I thought was AF last week...but it was 3 days of brown spotting (sorry if TMI). Then last night I got it again with what felt like ovulation cramps but I am not supposed to O til next Tuesday. (My AF -or what I thought was AF - began on 1/4.) Has anyone ever experienced this? I have a gyn appt tomorrow.

I havent experience this but whenever I hear spotting I think 'implant bleeding.' Was your AF due on the 4th? If so, and it only lasted 3 days, I would test to see if you are pregnant!
I had a lot of cramping before I found out I was pregnant.
