Don't know if any of you ladies chose Pfaltz. "Delicious" for everyday dishes...but
It's today's daily deal @ deal.com. HERE!!!
The way the daily deal works is pretty cool- the price goes down a percentage every 15 minutes, until the item becomes free or it sells out. (It ALWAYS sells out, usually by 11am) It is usually overstock stuff, or discontinued items, etc.
Anyway, I just checked and the price is about $40 for 16 pieces (4 Complete place settings) now (at 3:45am). It will be even cheaper when some of you ladies read this!
I ordered it for my grandma- she doesn't have a complete set of everyday dishes anymore, she has 9 grandchildren and a dish gets broken every week! I think she'll love them.
Hope someone can use this info!
eta: This is what the pattern looks like:

Wow, thats pretty cool. Does a new item go up as the "deal of the day" as soon as this one sells out?

How sad am I that I knew what the pattern looked like before I opened the thread?
I love Pfalzgraf and looked at almost every pattern before choosing one (Mission Flower)
Pfz.com also has good deals sometimes.

new deal of the day goes up every day --- they usually post it right after midnight. They're pretty good at getting it up by 12:30am.
Curious-- did anyone else order? $3.99 shipping, can't beat it!

They look really nice and way affordable. Dumb question, but, is Pfaltz a really expensive company? What would you compare it to? I never heard of them. Thanks.
