Re: Workout music
www.seantyasmusic.com he has the best stuff to get you pumped~You can get some of his songs right off his website, you can't be still listening to this!
He's great and yea he's my friend and I don't care about shamelessly plugging him.
He just moved to Germany to work with some of Europes hottest producers, he's got guts and he's going for his dream so I respect him tons!
His music is really great too if you like this style.

Re: Workout music
Good Chick Rock gets me going.Pat Benatar - Running with the Shadows of the Night!
Cyndi Lauper - Drove all Night
Melissa Ethridge- Breathe
or just good Rock
Radiohead (Download either Pablo Honey or The Bends- both older albums with more of a Rock sentiment)
Nirvana
Pearl Jam
Ben Folds Five (Whatever and Ever Amen or Reinhold Meissner) or Ben Folds Live - he does an awesome cover of 'Tiny Dancer.'
Primus
The Smiths
Ween - Quebec
...I could go on forever, but I have no idea if Rock/Alternative is your taste...

Dance Mix NYC 6Great CD, apparently they play this stuff in the clubs these days. My friend said they play track #5 in her gym ALL the time. The track listing I have on my CD is the same as on the review written about it, not what Amazon has listed. Love this CD though!

Now I am going to check out the ones you all suggested.

Ooooh - that has 'Love Comes Again' by DJ Tiesto - love that song!
I listen to all techno when I workout. I can't really name any songs; I just buy a bunch of techno CDs and load the songs I like onto my MP3 player.
