Meeting with Hall tonight

to finalize our menu and iron out any final details.

Does anyone have any suggested questions? I have a list but you guys are always so great at remembering the ones I forget!!

Hmmm not off the top of my head but I am going to go off my checklist again with them regarding frames for table numbers where can I display my pictures and my table seating chart with easel stuff like that I also have a wedding planner so I know she will be there too to help me. Too bad Im after you cause I would post what she asks and makes sure of.

Find out the latest you can give them a final headcount and when the final payment is due. I suggest you tell them a few less people than are definites, because people may cancel at the last minute. And if everyone shows, than you can pay for the extra people the day of. We had four people cancel the night before because of a death in the family. We paid over $800 for those empty plates.

OMG!!! i would die if i had to pay 800 for plates that no one was there ---that would just kill me ..

OMG!!! i would die if i had to pay 800 for plates that no one was there ---that would just kill me ..

that does stink but understood. I pray I come in my min- Im just going to tell them my min is what Im having. good tips thank you!!!
