Re: Has anyone ever stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in ARuba?

Well I have been to Aruba did not stay at the Renaissance hotel but we went to gamble at there casino and the hotel was very nice one of the five star hotels on the island. My mother also stayed there back in 2000 and she loved it she said it is beautiful there the rooms were nice food excellent. I definately recommend ARUBA for vacation where ever you stay the island is so beautiful. Good Luck planning

We went to Aruba on our honeymoon too, we didn't stay there but we went into town and saw it. It definitely looked beautiful - I just didn't like that it was right in the middle of town where it is very busy. Living in NYC I preferred to be uptown more by the beaches and quiet.

I agree. Even though the Renaissance is beautiful I prefer the highrise area. Also in order to get to the beach you have to take a ferry shuttle for a few minutes. These are some pics we took at the Renaissance and the little beach island across the street from it.
