Our CH is in the Briar Fox and our reception in the Garden Terrace, we are having about 200-220 guests.

my bf is getting married there on september 25 of this year and she has used all the reccomended vendors she is very happy with all of them.

They should contact you
they have some sort of seminar you are suppost to go to. yikes i never went. it is so they can help you plan. They really would like for you to use there house vendors but most of them are $$$$$

We're using their limo service - Alexis Limos and a recomended photographer Sherwood Triart.

Does it take a while for them to contact you? I guess it hasn't been that long since I signed my contract but I am anxious to get started. When was the seminar you were supposed to go to?

they wanted me to go that week but i did not think it was nessesary at the time. i booked in september and still had a long way to plan. now it is almost going to be just a year away. you can call them to see when the next seminar will be. they are usually on tuesday nights. i can never get to them because well i have too many jobs. LOL

we went to the planning seminar also...it was a little informative, but most of it you've heard before. I think we went to the planning seminar was about a month after we booked, I still have the email with the Perfect Party Planner phone #...I can send you the number when I switch computers later.

Thanks! I hope so. I am starting to get worried about all of the planning for tables and stuff. I know I have time but I am getting nervous!! I am not nervous about the place. I think this is the only thing I am confident about!

Ok, Fox Hollow Ladies. I need your help. i posted some CPs on the board for everyone but also would like your opinions, since you are also having your wedding there. What do you think of these CPs? I like them but don't know if they are too small, big, etc. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! The first one is 27 inches high and the second 1 is 20 inches high.

I think both centerpieces are really nice, but I like the one with the flowers towards the top better. I don't much about how high the centerpiecs should be, but they look great in the pictures!

Hi girls, i got married at Fox. Reception in Briar Fox, CH in WGP. I used some of their recommended vendors like Proline and their in house florist. I had a few issues with Proline, but just got my album back and I guess I'm pleased with the finished product. I wasnt happy with the in house florist. My bouquet was not what i had asked for, and they messed up my MIL's bouquet, but centerpieces were nice. I used Alexis limo's they were fantastic. Used one of their recomended calligraphers she was awesome, and i used their recomended travel agent, they were great too.. but other than that, my day was great.... Happy planning.. hey hmpena just make sure the cp's are high enough so people can see each other when they sit down so they do not have to look around the cp to see or talk to one another.

Our reception was at Fox Hollow in September. They did a fabulous job with everything - the guests are still talking about it. You ladies made a great choice! Feel free to FM if you have any questions.
For extras, we added on a chocolate fondue station, mini-Viennese trays, and had the 7-choice dinner menu.

do u girls know anything about their printed menu? if i subsitute 1 or 2 of the main courses for something else will they still print up menus for us or is there just the standard menu?
