Anyone use Great Neck Photographers?

I'm both very pleased and a bit upset w/ them due to both parties being a bit uncommunicative.

I'm pleased w/ our proofs (although their lab cut them horribly! I thought it was the photog. & was suprised, b/c we loved our guy, but realized the lab cut them close to the right edge on almost every pic.) and we haven't seen our video. We almost had no video b/c Lucy hadn't included it in the contract although we agreed on having a clean, edited VHS of the day (no DVD or special effects, etc.). I hadn't scrutinized the contract b/c DH's mother ended up wanting to pay for everything there (very generous, yes?) In the end, we managed to get the videographer who was not obtrusive (in fact, I'm worried she wasn't around enough, but it's prob. just that I didn't see her a lot, which is good).

They asked/received a CD of our wedding song, so I know that will be on it, but I have not heard about it anymore & I wonder if I should call to see if we can have a say in what's taken out, what music we can use throughout...etc? Is this the smart way to do it or are there suggestions? Thanks!

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to tell them what's should be in and what should be out. And, if you're giving them a CD with the music you want, why shouldn't they use it?

I say, give them a call!!
