Proposal tonight..cute story

My FH and I decided to celebrate Valentine's day tonight since we are both working Monday and I have class until 10:45pm Monday night. We went out to dinner and the couple at the table next to us got engaged there at dinner. My FH and I were eating and all of a sudden i see the guy at the table next to us get down on one knee and I see the girl crying and shaking her head...then he pulls out the ring. It was so cute. I had never witnessed a proposal before (except my own..lol). She looked soooooo shocked. We might have a future LI weddings bride....(We went to eat in Franklin Square!)...Just thought i would share this cute story to all the other mushy brides like me...I was actually almost in tears b/c it was so cute and I remembered my own and how it was the best feeling ever!!!!

For all you girls who wanted to know what restuarant in Franklin Square, it was Carmela's on Hempstead Ave. Great place!!!

hearing that makes me so jealous. i'd love to do it all over again. i guess that's why it was so special because it was a once in a lifetime moment. i just remember tingling!

It really is a once in a lifetime moment that you will never forget. Just seeing her face and how shocked she was and how cute it was it brought back that feeling i had. I had waited for so long for that day and it is definately one of the best days in my life!!!

Thats sooo cute !! FH and I were out tonite, trying out the place that we are having our rehearsal dinner at and the guy next to us proposed to his girlfriend!!! It's so cute to see another couple get engaged - it brings back all the excitement!!!
