Finalized my Menu tonight...

Was a little nervous, the man we met with was trying to 'push' us towards other things, but they didnt try to force any 'extra's' on us, that was good, and Im so glad that part's over. !!!

What kinds of things was the man trying to push?

Not push so much as change my mind, and it was hard to be strong. Like which cake filling, what type of cake, what entree's, pastas, Linens...where the tables go, how many at a table...BUT they are the people who work there, so I trust them...It felt a little weird, but Overall I was happy and asked the needed questions!
