You can make them (Leese did some awesome ones from material she bought at AC Moore - I think).

Check out paperstlye.com - could have sworn I saw them on that site.

I bought these on ebay. You can order the color so that it matches your dress. I bought mine in a wine color instead of pink like shown.

Hi! I made mine as well and I found all my supplies at AC Moore. It probably cost me around $5.00 or so a card and it was so personal. I had the outside of the card with the appliques and inside I printed the message on vellum. It was great.

Seriously, if you don't want to make them but can't find the perfect ones, FM me as I would love to make more of them!!! So much fun!!!
