Can you please PROOF-READ my approximate AM wedding timeline.
ok, here is what I"ve come up with so far.
Please tell me if you think more time is needed for a particular thing. thanks.
wakeup 4/4:30am
makeuphair :start approx 4:30am
photographer/videographer: arrive 7:30am (some shots of getting ready, BMs, mom & dad)
flowers arrival: 7:30 or 8am??
limo arrival 8:30am
leave house for Old Westbury Gardens: 9am
Arrive OWG: 9:20/9:30am
OWG pictures: 9:30-11am
3rd limo (old fashioned) arrives at OWG: 10:30am
Leave OWG 11am arrive at WM approx 11:15am
We have an 11:30 invite for 12pm ceremony
12pm-12:30pm ceremony
12:30pm-1:30pm Cocktail hour...spending half of it picture taking, including outside by the old fashioned car w/ husband....then eating some food!!
1:30-5:30 reception.
you're input would be greatly appreciated b/c I have a BIG problem w/ time management.

Seems you've got everything covered.... but if you are waking up at 4.30... and your wedding is at noon.... I better rethink my plan cause I am getting up at 6am  lol

wow we seem to have a very similar day.
i'm up at 5 and have owg from 9-1030. and ceremony at 1230.
are u having a rehersal that day? my bp has rehersal 1/2 hr. before the ceremony.

Yes!! We were told we will be "rehearsing" too about 1/2 hour before hand.
Well, hmmm...that would be for the bridal party right?
I don't need to rehearse LOL....!
Only the bridal party will know FH & I saw each other before hand.
I'm taking the old car from OWG-->WM w/ my dad to "separate" myself from my FH again.
It's not the way I had always imagined it...but life is life! You gotta roll with it.
At the end of the day I'm going to be HAPPIER knowing that I have beautiful photographs to look foward to, rather than rushing through cocktail hour and having not as many as I would have hoped for.
The only thing I"m concerned with is the whole WEstbury Manor thing....b/c.....
well...I guess FH will take pictures w/ his family when we get there (as long as the photographer captures us getting ready at my house we don't need pics in the bridal suite right?)
we're having 11:30 hospitality table....so I don't wanna be running around westbury manor in front of my guests...so I think we're really gonna have to make sure we're there by 11/11:30.
What do you think -- take pics 9-10:30 or 9:15-1045 or is 9:30-11 good?
I think 9:15-10:45 -- what do u think?
