Any neat ideas? Also, when does one usually have a shower? 2 months before?

A couple of favor ideas...

For my shower my sisters/mom got cute ceramic picture frames.

For my sister's shower we got cute little ceramic 'piggy' banks. I love these!

For one of the girls at work we got cute little rubber duckies.

My mother is doing candles that are wrapped in tule and have a label with my name and date on it. They were 1.15 a piece...from e-bay, of course.

My shower was Jan 30th and I am due 4/1. We had chocolate lollipops as a favor. My mom made them with molds of baby booties, storks and rattles. They came out really cute and were yummy.

Just found out from my mom that she is going to give out plants as favors to the guests. She did the same thing for my bridal shower and it was nice. She used the plants as center pieces and at the end, everyone got to take one home.

My sister's baby shower was the middle of Feb and she's due the end of April. We gave Teddyscents. They're scented teddybears.

my sisiter held my baby shower at a chinese food restaurant...favors reflected the loaction theme...

At the tables she had bamboo plants that worked as centerpieces that were later given as bingo prizes (she put them together herself).

As a favor she had little take out boxes that she filled with 2 soaps shaped as fortune cookies (soaps purchased off of ebay and boxes from oreintal trading)

I am a fan of 'themes' so if you have a theme for the shower it makes it very coordinated. Do you have any ideas?

I'm due 5/26 and my shower is 3/12 we had to do it right around 30 weeks because my insurance won't pay for care outside of a military hospital past 30 weeks and because of that the military doc won't release me to fly or travel... so since the shower is in Philly on the 10th I get my slip from the doc and that allows me 7 days of treatment outside of our local area if I need.
I have no clue what the favors are but I'll know in a few weeks..

I have a feeling they will be little blue felt diapers with chocolate candies in them.. my MIL went to a shower a few years ago that did something like that and she thought it was so neat.. so I am almost positive a poopy diaper will be the favor! lol
