I've been on it too with a couple of bumps along the way! You definitely start to see more definition in your body, which I love but make sure to throw the scale away

I'm in week 7 - I definitely think it's the best program out there! I did the full 12 weeks almost two years ago and I had never been happier about my body. It was so easy to keep it off afterward - except after getting married and moving to London.

But, I'm doing so much better now and only about 5 weeks to go and I know I'll fit into my old jeans!!!

what is body for life? i have a huge problem trying to lose weight
i need to bad i feeel so tired and just i am not happy anymore with myself. i am getting married in sept so i do have some time i would love to lose 50 lbs. any info would be great.
