need help with wording for bridal shower

need help with wording for bridal shower

hi ladies, i really need your help. i have no idea what to write on the shower invite. the date is may 29th and the brides name is heather. do i have to include her last name? and as far as a time, whats best? we were thinking 1-5pm. any thougts?

I think that you should include her last name

Yes, definetly include her last name. You might also want to include the grooms name. It can read as mine did:

Jennifer Smith
(fiance' of Patrick Jones)

It was helpful to the family members of his who don't know me too well. Also, VERY SMART was that my BMs printed return address labels that said 'The Bridal Party of Jennifer Smith'. This way, when people got the invites, they didn't see a strange name and think it was junk mail.

i really like that idea for the return envelopes. anyone else?
