Wedding Day Coordinator???

Hi,

Did anyone purchase Day of Coordination services? If so, who? how was he/she? Any feed back would be great!

I hired one - Laura from LA Productions....SHE IS GREAT... Well worth every penny....

Yes, the person works for my temple's caterer and was about a $300 addition. My mom was actually the person who insisted on getting her. I told my girls (BM's) that I got a day of person and they were ecstatic b/c that will free them up to have fun at the party instead of worrying about me.

How much do they run? I saw one for the starting price of $750. I would like to have one so my sister doesn't have to do everything. I knwo she will want to make sure everything is perfect and I want her to enjoy herself.

I hired a day-of coordinator and, while I haven't gotten to the 'day of', she's been great so far with the pre-wedding assistance (I also hired her for certain things I'd need help with before the wedding). I'm using Elaine Deluca of Exquisite Events and she's fantastic--very organized, very enthusiastic!

I got more than the day of service but I am using Jodi from simplicity and plannings she is the greatest
