I just called and made an appointment. The woman did not specify that it was only Reem Acra dresses. She said that it was a sample sale of all of the dresses in the store. The Reem Acra trunk show is today only.

the Reem Acra trunk show is going on this week. the sample sale is Sunday ONLY, by appt. and is a mix of all the designers Kleinfelds offers. My plan is to try on dresses, and if I love anything, check it out online at net bride or something. If I don't have to pay Kleinfeld's rent bill for them, I won't!

Is Kleinfeld really pricey pricey???? Or do they have dresses that are moderate in price? Just curious.. I have always wanted to go there, but I don't want to feel out of my league

I think they can be pricey, but at a Sample Sale you may find a good deal. Best bet though is to NOT try on a dress you KNOW you can't afford-this way you're not as heartbroken. at least, that's my plan.

I really don't want to spend more than $1500 on my dress- and that is twice what I had originally hoped- and if I love something cheaper, all the better.

They range in price. They are known all over the country and the world and that is why they can command such high prices for some of their dresses. For every over the top expensivce dress, I woudl imagine there would be MUCH less expensive one. There are small boutique shops that are even more exclusive than Kleinfeld.

One of my BMs just got her wedding dress from Kleinfelds and for less $$ than Bridal reflections! I was so surprised at the great deal she got (It is an Eve of Milady Dress so it was still a little pricey but she save a few hundres $$). Does anybody know if they're going to have any other trunk shows like this? I'm also on a dress budget and don't even want to look at dresses that cost over $1,500!

I am pretty sure they have them throughout the year...I am trying on, but I don't plan to buy just yet.
