I had sucha scary dream last nite! what can this mean??

Back Story: I have a great relationship with my mom and my sister, and when i was 17 my dad passed away who I was also very close to..

Now last nite I had the most bizarre dream and it felt soooo real I just dont even know what to make of it..

I had a dream that i got into the car, my dad was in the driver seat, my mom in the passenger seat and my sis was in the back with me..

Now as soon as I got in my mom and my sister were saying really mean things to me and Im thinking w..t...f.. did i do that there so mad..

now within my dream i kinda 'know' Im only dreaming.. so im like geez whats ur problem and why is dad here we all know hes dead (now this is how blunt i said it, something id never say in real life)

and there like duh we are all dead!...and my sister is like 'yeah about time u walked in front of that car we were waiting for you'.... so withing my dream im thinking so thats how i died..i cant believe i was the last one...


w...t...f... does this dream mean!!!!? it freaked me out soo much, and it was sooooo scary even tho when i write about it, it just sounds dumb!!!

From what I've read (I have a lot of books on dreams), dreaming about death usually means a new beginning or letting go of something. So, it's a good thing which sounds kind of weird.

When I dream about my Dad, who died when I was also 17. I like to think he's trying to tell me he is with me.

that actually makes a lot of sense b/c b4 i did go to bed i was even thinking about some new stuff going on in my life, thank you for ur advice. im so sorry about your dad, i kno that even tho the yrs go by its never easy

Maybe your Dad was behind the wheel because he is still with you, protecting you and 'steering' you in the right direction.

Someone once told me that a car represents your personal power/ your way of getting through your life.

Freakydreams.com is a good site- you type in a description of your dream and it interprets it by looking for key words (in this case, mother sister, father, car, etc.) It might provide you with some insight. I might be wrong, but I think when it comes to dream interpretation you should look at the symbols over the story or context, because often the context leaves you thinking W T F? At least, that's been my experience, and I have had some doozy bizarro dreams.

See, it was actually a good dream
