My sister's shower went GREAT today! I'm posting pics and a review...now with link!
First of all, I would like to say that my day started out at 5:30am when JT called to tell me that his car slid right off the LIE on his way home from work! But luckily he was ok, his car was ok, and he went back to work and stayed there until his next shift. THEN I started getting the phone calls, first two people called to cancel because of the snow, then people were calling to see if we were still having the shower. It got so bad that I stopped answering the phone for fear of screaming at someone!
Then I started to cry because I was convinced no one was going to show up and my sister was going to be disappointed.....but all worked out in the weather department, and everyone, but the two who canceled, came
My sister was surprised her shower was today, but the walk from the parking lot to the room was so long that she figured it out along the way, but it's ok because she was just as shocked to walk into the room and see everything and everyone.
We had the shower in the terrace room at the Mills Pond Country Club and they were AMAZING. Anyone who is looking for a nice place for a shower OR a wedding should check this place out. The food is SO good! My aunt actually booked her wedding there for this coming October
The staff was so accomodating and the room impeccable. They took care of everything. The cake was awesome, had cannoli filling. MMM! Ok, I'm going to post a link in a minute to her pictures. Everyone had a good time, and I'm just so happy she liked everything!

A pedicure set, body lotion, a martini shaker filled with dark chocolate kisses, a loofah and soaps.
