Am having a hard time writing the Prayer of the Faithful

Anyone have any suggestions about what they wrote/or are gonna write - everytime i sit there and try i draw a complete blank

it is our third reading in our ceremony at the catholic church 0 the priest asked us to personalize it oursleves instead of reading what is in the book that he gave us - and i am having an impossible time doing so

I can FM you mine if you would find it helpful. I used the book to help me, but changed things slightly to make it what I wanted.

You might want to begin with some of the selections that are in the book the priest gave you, then if there is anything personal you would like to add (for example, if you or FH is a firefighter, you might want a prayer for firefighters, etc.)

I'm sure it will turn out great!

A lot of my family is from Boston, and while I'm not a red soxs fan, I'm including a prayer for the bostonians 'who finally saw their dream come true.'

PS. I wanted to say something about the Yankees and the Sox's since they were in the playoffs at the time! I was vetoed
