People who have been to Montreal- whats a must do or see?

Dh & I are going to go there this coming weekend.
Any restaurants, bars, shops, areas that you could recommend? WHats a must do?

I am going in April for work, but I was there in 2000 for vacation.
I loved the Botancial Gardens. I would highly reccomend that.

Looking online and reading books about it one thing I really like personal recommendations as well
