Stewart Manor Country Club Brides past and present

I am going to look at the SMCC this upcoming week and am wondering if any of you can tell me a little bit about it - what do or did you like and/or dislike about it? Who should I speak with, price range per person, decor, etc? Also, if you have any pics, can you pleae post them?

Our Oct '03 reception was there and WE LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! We loved the 'country home' feeling when we walked in the door. It wasn't a 'wedding factory' that you find on LI. The SMCC is off the main road, so you don't hear all the traffic. There are pretty grounds for pictures, and weather permitting, tables and chairs are set up outside for the cocktail hour.

Cake, centerpieces, linens are included, which really helped us a lot!!!! The centerpieces were simple carnations/babies breath, with 2 candle tapers on each side in a pretty silver bowl. You can bring your own in if you don't like them, but that wasn't a priority for us.

We paid $65 pp for a Sunday and were told it's one price regardless of day/time/month of the wedding. (don't know if it changed since then)
