Home Owners Insurance Help

Hello, my name is Felicia, and I am new to this board.

My husband and I are making the move from NYC to LI at the end of April.

This whole house buying process has been so stressful.

What we are up to now if homeowners insurance. We need to have it squared away before we close next week - does anyone have any suggestions or helpful advice?

Each step of the way of this process we have felt in the dark since this is our first home we have bought.

Any help would be very appreciated.

We got ours through all state and switched our car insurance to there also and saved a lot. Call around for quotes!

You should get 1,000,000 worth. You will probably need an umbrella policy to do that.
