Hair/Makeup Person or Bridal Assistant

Hi All,

My original plans for using a specific Bridal Assistant have become HISTORY, she is no longer available. Can anyone recommend a hair/make-up person who will travel to a hotel for a Friday night wedding. The thought of having it done in Westchester and then going to Long Island doesn't sit well with me.

I used Carol from Mac. She works at Macys in Smithaven Mall on LI and is very reasonable. She came to my house to do me and my mom and did a fantastic job. Our make up lasted all day. I needed to touch up lipstick by cake cutting time but that's not bad considering I had been eating and drinking all day! Give her a call. 474-1525.

Hi, we just used a makeup artist for my sisters wedding.She also reccomended a hair dresser that came to us last minute after my sisters hairdreser cancelled 3 days before her wedding.They both did a fantastic job and I am reccomending them to about 3 of my friends that are getting married this year.I believe the trial for the makeup is free.I am at work now and dont have the # her name is Jackie.You can e-mail me and I will give you all the info.Good luck.Erika [email protected]

You mentioned services who help you find hidden locations, where could I find someone who does this and how much do they cost?- Do they charge for a consultation?

Does she live in Long Island or Rockaway? The first three digits look like a Rockaway number. That would be excellent for me since I live in Rockaway and am getting married in Long Beach. Please let me know.

Long Island
The Coral house is nice but not much room outside, but you can have your ceremony outside. There food ia also good and they are in your price range.
