at four thirty in the afternoon

Reception immediately following ceremony

question #1: is the day, date and year right? is there another way to say it which looks better?

Question #2: since we will be getting married at the hall, I am not sure if I should say "Reception immediately following ceremony" or if that just goes without saying.

Any feedback from you ladies would be greatly appreciated!

This was what I wrote...the year should be all lower case (according to the million and one sites I visited) hope it helps!

This is what the actual invite looked like (it was printed in spanish and english on a vertical french fold).

I am so sorry, I did not see question #2. Yes, it is wise to write "Reception immediately following ceremony" or "Reception to follow" that way it's all on the invite and you save on a reception card.

www.verseit.com has lots of invite wordings and they word them all like that when the reception is at the ceremony site.
