We just made an offer for a house. The realtor said that there is another family negotiating around the same amount that we offered. I know they lie about stuff like that sometimes but cross your fingers for us anyway. We offered $7,000 under what they're asking but $2,000 of it goes to transferring over a tax abatement so we'd only be paying $5,000 less.House Dust House Dust or does that count for Saw Dust? LOL

good luck and be agressive if you really want the place. i lost so many places due to not being aggressive enough.1-5k at the end of the day does not make a huge deal on the payment if its the house of your dreams.....and if you dont get it- there are plenty of other places.

Yeah I really love it. It's a great starter home. It's a brand new 2 family house.

The realtor presented the offer yesterday and she just called us and gave us the news that they accepted. Woo hooThanks again
