I am so sorry to hear about your day and your BM's being so inconsiderate and dropping out. Luckily, you found out now as opposed to the week of which seems to happen to a lot of people. In the end, you need to please yourself. Don't know the whole story regarding the old dresses, but the new ones are gorgeous, so I think you made a great choice. Love the memorial candles and your niece is precious. Remember that EVERYTHING happens for a reason...don't stress, it'll be OK. Your idea of doibling up on the guys sounds great, I'll be doing that also since I had some drop outs as well.

Sorry to hear about the BM drama. Don't stress it, people can be very selfish at times. As for the new BM dresses...they are beautiful as is the memory candle. Your niece is absolutely adorable she will be a beautiful FG!

Thanks ladies. As far as changing the dresses originally my Grandma refused to come to the wedding if i had a black dresses in my BP. My brother passed away in June and she was very upset with my decision, said that she had enough black at my brothers funeral and black shouldnt be in a wedding. Shes a little italian lady whos still in deep mourning for my brother. Shes my only grandparent left and i really want her at my wedding so i changed the dresses.
