ugh! sideways!!!! who's nominating movies these days?
seriously, were we the ONLY ones who thought it sucked??? nominated for 5, count 'em, 5!!!! academy awards AND it won golden globes???

No, I've been saying that it sucked @ss for a long time. You're absolutely right.
The reason that it did so well is that it's a pretentious piece of you know what and pretentious people tend to like it.
Such as my ILs.

i couldn't stand it!!!! and what's more - people could not understand why i hated it. my in-laws liked it and then i got to talking with my mother-in-law about it and the mroe we talked - she changed her mind!
i can't believe that it was nominated for anything either - it was so freakin lame!
